With years of industry experience, she’s passionate about helping artists turn their skills into a profitable, sustainable career.
ABOUT CHLOE PASCARELLA
I’m Chloe Pascarella, the founder of The Press On CEO Method and the luxury press-on nail brand By Chloe Nails.
I started my journey in February 2021 after losing my job and deciding to build something of my own. I had no formal training at the time, I taught myself everything through research, practice, and a lot of trial and error. What began as a small independent venture quickly grew into an international luxury press-on nail brand serving clients around the world. Since launching By Chloe Nails, I’ve created nearly 7,000 custom nail sets, known for their refined, natural aesthetic and durable soft-gel construction.
As the press-on industry began growing rapidly, I noticed something important: so many artists had incredible talent, but very little guidance on how to turn that talent into a real, sustainable business. That realization is what led me to create The Press On CEO Method.
My goal was to build the kind of platform I wish had existed when I started - a place where artists could learn not only the technical side of press-on artistry, but also how to build strong brands, attract the right clients, and create businesses that truly support their lives.
Today, through what has now evolved into The Press On CEO Method, I’ve had the privilege of helping more than 1,000 nail artists across over 40 countries refine their skills, grow their businesses, and step into their role as CEOs of their own brands since July 2022.
At the heart of everything I teach is a simple belief: nail artists deserve careers that are creative, financially rewarding, and sustainable for the long run. My work focuses on helping artists develop efficient systems, protect their health as professionals, and build businesses they’re proud of.
Originally I launched my business in New York City, and in 2024 I relocated to Milan, Italy, where I continue to run my companies and mentor artists from all over the world.
Nothing makes me prouder than watching the artists inside this community grow into confident business owners and leaders within the industry.
